AWS Cloud Container Infrastructure Engineer We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Cloud Container Infrastructure Engineer to manage and optimize our container-based infrastructure hosted on AWS This role will also be responsible for day-to-day AWS resource management ensuring high availability scalability and security across our cloud environment Key Responsibilities Container Infrastructure Management o Design deploy and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes EKS or self-managed clusters o Implement CI CD pipelines for containerized workloads o Monitor and optimize container performance resource utilization and cost efficiency AWS Cloud Administration o Manage core AWS services including EC2 S3 RDS VPC IAM CloudWatch and EBS o Perform routine maintenance patching and upgrades for AWS resources o Implement backup disaster recovery and high-availability strategies Security Compliance o Enforce best practices for IAM roles policies and least privilege access o Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements Monitoring Troubleshooting o Set up monitoring and alerting for AWS and container workloads o Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and provide root cause analysis Automation Optimization o Develop automation scripts using Terraform CloudFormation or similar tools o Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications Technical Expertise o Strong experience with AWS services EC2 S3 RDS VPC IAM CloudWatch o Hands-on experience with container technologies Docker Kubernetes EKS o Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools Terraform CloudFormation o Familiarity with CI CD pipelines and DevOps practices Programming Scripting o Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python Bash or PowerShell Security Networking o Understanding of AWS networking VPC subnets security groups o Experience implementing security best practices in cloud environments Soft Skills o Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities o Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Skills AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus Grafana or Datadog Familiarity with container security tools and practices Why join Genpact Lead AI-first transformation -
