Draft contracts, manage corporate governance, and safeguard intellectual property for Microsoft consulting projects. Thrive in a dynamic remote environment handling complex cross-jurisdictional challenges. Key Responsibilities - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, freelancers, and partners. - Advise on corporate governance, employment law, and international transactions. - Manage IP protection, data privacy (GDPR/DSGVO), and cybersecurity compliance. - Oversee dispute resolution, litigation, and regulatory liaison. - Monitor legislative changes impacting DACH and European operations. Required Skills & Qualifications - Juris Doctor or equivalent with active law license. - 5+ years corporate law experience, preferably IT consulting/recruitment. - Expertise in international business, employment, contract law. - Proficiency managing remote legal issues across European jurisdictions. - Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills. - Fluent English; German proficiency preferred.
