Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and client-oriented Liability Insurance Sales Executive Medical Establishments to join our growing team. The role involves engaging with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare establishments to provide end-to-end property and asset insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in insurance sales and a strong understanding of institutional client management. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities within medical establishments, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers. - Understand client requirements related to property, asset, and fire insurance; assess risk exposure; and recommend suitable coverage plans. - Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the healthcare sector. - Collaborate with underwriting and operations teams to design tailored property insurance solutions. - Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to policy issuance and renewals. - Educate clients about insurance products, risk management practices, and claim procedures. - Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining compliance with IRDAI and company standards. - Stay updated on property insurance market trends, healthcare sector risks, and emerging coverage needs. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. - 12 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in Property or Institutional/Commercial lines. - Experience in handling clients from the healthcare or medical domain will be an added advantage. - Strong understanding of insurance fundamentals, client servicing, and policy documentation. Skills Required: - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong client relationship and networking abilities. - Result-driven with a consultative approach to sales. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. - Ability to manage multiple institutional clients efficiently and professionally.
