Job Description Destination Expert We are looking for an ambitious, creative, and energetic candidate for the role ofDestination Expertto help us expandour clientele in different countries of India , across North / East / West and South. The selected candidate will be at the fore front of the ECC's recruitment drive across India and will havethe dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drivesustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. The tasks are not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities, as all employees are required to be flexible, dynamic and have the capacity to think creatively when presented with challenges. UG Any Graduate in Any Specialization Responsibilities Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the Indian market. Client Engagement: Initiate contact, present the ECC's services, and close with a successful conversion Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets to ensure sustainable financial growth. Market Analysis: Understand market trends and customer needs within the existing clients and new on boarded one's. Adaptability and Innovation: The role requires flexibility, a dynamic approach, and creative thinking when faced with challenges, as the list of tasks is not exhaustive. Key Skills and Attributes Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and sharp negotiation abilities are critical for building relationships. Strategic Thinking: The ability to think strategically, conduct market research, analyse trends, and develop effective, innovative sales strategies is required. Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships are necessary. Self-Motivation & Drive: The role demands a self-starter with personal drive, tenacity, and goal-oriented focus to seek new business and meet targets. Adaptability & Flexibility: The capacity to be dynamic, flexible, and think creatively when faced with challenges, adapting to a fast-paced environment. Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Sales force,) and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) will be preferred. Language Skills (Preferred): Proficiency in a relevant regional language (e.g., Punjabi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam) in addition to English would be beneficial.
