Job Description Location: Coimbatore Responsibilities: - Client Management: Plan and assist with clients travel preferences, creating tailored itineraries based on their budgets. - Documentation: Maintain accurate records of payments, invoices, and travel bookings. - Research: Investigate various destinations and travel options regarding prices, customs, weather, and reviews. - Advisory: Analyze client specifications and suggest suitable travel packages or services. - Travel Coordination: Organize travel plans from start to finish, including tickets, accommodations, and rental transportation. - Information Supply: Provide clients with essential travel information and materials (guides, maps, event programs). - Financial Management: Collect deposits, balance payments, and maintain financial records. - Promotion: Utilize promotional techniques and materials to sell tour packages. - Problem Solving: Address unforeseen issues and complaints, determining eligibility for refunds. - Industry Engagement: Attend conferences to stay updated on tourism trends. - Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with key contacts and stakeholders. - Revenue Goals: Achieve revenue and profit targets through effective sales and service strategies.
