Key Responsibilities Client Engagement Sales Greet and guide walk-in clients and contractors in the showroom Understand client needs and recommend suitable products like tiles paints pipes sanitaryware etc Demonstrate deep product knowledge to confidently upsell and cross-sell Close sales effectively and achieve showroom sales targets Client Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and contractors Follow up on quotations inquiries and pending orders Ensure post-sale satisfaction and handle minor service-related concerns Team Store Operations Manage showroom staff and ensure proper display cleanliness and organization Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory and purchase departments Ensure timely billing documentation and delivery coordination Follow-Up Reporting Maintain records of client visits inquiries and conversions Regularly follow up on leads through calls or in-person visits Generate daily weekly reports on sales performance and walk-ins Job Type Full-time Pay 11 748 10 - 23 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Ability to commute relocate Sitarganj Uttarakhand Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package Preferred Experience client dealing 1 year Preferred Language Hindi Preferred Work Location In person Application Deadline 24 07 2025
