Purpose This position's main responsibilities are to manage, organize and maintain the Global endpoint management solutions and associated IT Infrastructure services. This role requires a deep understanding of both Intune and SCCM and M365 along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment Responsibilities And Accountabilities - Manage and maintain Microsoft Intune and SCCM environments to ensure efficient and secure endpoint management. - Design, Deploy and manage existing and new Intune configurations and policies. - Integrate Intune with SCCM to streamline device management and enforce compliance policies. - Configure and deploy office apps, business software, updates, and patches using SCCM and Intune. - Implement and enforce security protocols to protect endpoints from potential threats. - Diagnose and resolve issues related to Intune and SCCM, providing Level 2/3 support as needed. - Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and ensure Intune solutions meet those needs. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. - Generate reports on system performance, compliance, and security for management review. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and SCCM, M365 - Strong knowledge of MDM and MAM. - Strong familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional access. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Cross-cultural project management and communication experience. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with other endpoint management tools and technologies. - Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks. - Knowledge of Active Directory and GPO. - Experience with agile delivery practices. - Relevant Microsoft certifications.
