Location Mohali City Mohali State Punjab IN-PB Country India IN Requisition Number 41519 Business Title Process Expert- Order to Cash Global Job Title Sr Anl Finance OTC Global Function Finance Global Department Finance OTC Organizational Level Reporting to Manager - OTC o Finance - Order to Cash Size of team reporting in and type - Role Purpose Statement The Order to Cash OTC Associate Process expert will be the owner of one of the different OTC sub process e g Credit Compliance Cash Application AR and Cash Management Weekly daily Reports Period End close tasks including planning management and delivery of business services Main Accountabilities o Responsible for the timely completion of activities as part of the Credit to Cash OTC function - Credit Compliance Cash Application AR and Cash Management Weekly daily Reports Period End close tasks Manage the team performance and ensure delivery of timely output as per the defined SLAs Accountable for identifying evaluating and resolving complex accounting transactions and ensuring completeness and accuracy of the transactions Monitor and measure the performance of the OTC business process in the Mohali Centre Improve the business process flow on a continual basis utilizing industry leading practices Help Team Leaders setting policies and procedures for the OTC process Act as key contact person for all internal and external groups Bunge Global Counterparties and Statutory team which affect are affected by the OTC process Assist team in trouble shooting and decision making Identify changes to long term resource needs and implements appropriate actions Ensure role alignment of individuals Identify assess and select resources Facilitate performance assessments and conducts feedback sessions Determine and adjusts team and individual performance measures Support in decisions related to monetary and non-monetary compensation rewards within established guidelines Ensure compliance with Group s Sarbanes Oxley programme and Standard Policy and Procedures Provide valuable feedback to staff through annual performance appraisals and goal settings programme Knowledge and Skills Behavior Improve Bunge s outcomes by making data-driven decisions keeping the customer at the forefront of all they do and proactively gaining insight into the global strategy Collaborate effectively communicate with others and take initiative to continually develop themselves Pursue opportunities to solve problems and take action while maintaining the ability to manage work even in times of challenge or change Technical o Ability to partner with other BBS Team Managers to optimize processes across the SSC In depth knowledge of end to end Order to Cash process Strong knowledge of OTC tasks in the SAP environment Experience in FSCM Vistex Service now and Promenta will be added advantage Education Experience o 7 years of work experience in a similar role Experience in Agribusiness Commodity trading industry preferred Experience in managing people and processes through a sustained period of change Eye for details and the ability to view the financials from a Financial Controller standpoint Ability to provide high quality level of customer service for end-to-end Accounting reporting process Ability to partner with other BBS Team Managers to optimize processes across the SSC Ability to manage the BBS vision and purpose Strong written oral communications skills in English Strong problem solving organization skills Excellent computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office Word PowerPoint Excel Outlook Bunge NYSE BG is a world leader in sourcing processing and supplying oilseed and grain products and ingredients Founded in 1818 Bunge s expansive network feeds and fuels a growing world creating sustainable products and opportunities for more than 70 000 farmers and the consumers they serve across the globe The company is headquartered in St Louis Missouri and has 25 000 employees worldwide who stand behind more than 350 port terminals oilseed processing plants grain facilities and food and ingredient production and packaging facilities around the world Bunge is an Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans Disabled
