Hi there 👋 We’re Tobio’s, a passion-driven arts & crafts brand is looking for a proactive Community Manager to connect with creators, strengthen our collaborations, and grow our affiliate network. Are you the relationship-builder we’re looking for? We’re looking for a proactive and creative Community & Affiliate Manager to take ownership of our affiliate and creator partnerships from start to finish. You’ll be the bridge between our brand and the community of influencers, affiliates, and UGC creators who represent us across platforms. You’ll manage everything from outreach and negotiations to campaign coordination and creator support — ensuring every collaboration delivers value and impact. 📹 Please watch this video explaining who we are and why you should join us: https://www.loom.com/share/0d6327511a594f749f3664593029e38a What You’ll Do - Build and nurture partnerships with affiliate content creators and influencers, fostering long-term relationships. - Manage collaborations from first contact to published content, ensuring smooth communication and quality results. - Work directly with creators to refine and elevate the content they produce. - Coordinate campaigns across major social channels — including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. - Support and grow our creator community through guidance, feedback, and engagement. - Oversee projects end-to-end, ensuring deliverables, deadlines, and goals are met. This is a full-time role that requires strong social media knowledge, community management and project management. What We’re Looking For - Proven experience building affiliate networks and managing influencer collaborations (negotiations, outreach, etc.). - Expert knowledge of affiliate marketing tools and apps (e.g., Modash, Social Snowball, web scrapers). - Strong understanding of social media trends across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Confidence in negotiating deals, giving feedback, and coaching creators on content quality. - Highly organized and self-driven, able to juggle multiple collaborations at once. - Genuine passion for community-building and helping creators thrive.
