This role is for one of the Weekday s clientsMin Experience 10 yearsLocation ChennaiJobType full-timeJoin a fast-growing innovative SaaS company on a mission to transform customer onboarding and professional services automation The goal is to empower B2B companies with smooth consistent and efficient ways to onboard customers and manage projects-reducing chaos and boosting customer satisfaction across industries With a dynamic team of nearly 200 passionate professionals and 45M in funding from top-tier investors the company is focused on building a product that teams love to use Requirements What You ll DoAs a Staff Engineer - Frontend you ll play a key role in shaping and scaling the frontend architecture while serving as a hands-on expert and leader You ll collaborate with a passionate engineering team to craft pixel-perfect UIs scalable systems and delightful user experiences Design and implement scalable high-performance frontend architectures using React TypeScript and modern SPA paradigms Build reusable design systems component libraries and developer tooling to drive consistency and speed Lead the adoption and integration of Generative AI technologies to enhance frontend experiences and productivity Evaluate implement and optimize AI-powered features ensuring they align with performance UX and ethical considerations Set the technical vision and guardrails for frontend architecture across products and teams Mentor and guide developers review code and enforce coding standards and best practices Work closely with design and product teams to translate high-fidelity mockups into pixel-perfect fluid interactive experiences Engineer seamless real-time collaboration features live editing tools spreadsheet interfaces and more Continuously monitor and optimize frontend performance ensuring fast rendering and responsiveness across devices Optimize bundle sizes reduce jank and deliver blazing-fast user interfaces Define and evolve patterns for state management component composition and codebase modularity Champion testability type safety accessibility and developer productivity Take full ownership of major features and architectural decisions from concept to delivery and ongoing iteration Lead by example through hands-on contributions and deep problem-solving expertise You Should Apply If You Have 10 years of experience building complex web applications using React JavaScript TypeScript and modern frontend stacks Expertise in React with a deep understanding of component-driven architecture and state management Redux Zustand React Query Proficiency in modern SPA frameworks and component-based design Strong knowledge of ES6 modern JavaScript concepts and TypeScript Solid grasp of HTML CSS SASS and responsive web design principles Experience optimizing frontend performance through caching memoization and rendering strategies Understanding of browser APIs caching local storage and web standards Familiarity with build tools like Webpack Vite or similar Why You ll Love It Here Impact and Ownership You ll have the autonomy to bring your ideas to life and make a tangible impact Collaborate with the Best Work alongside a team of talented passionate and fun individuals Celebrate Wins From major milestones to team outings there s always a reason to celebrate Continuous Learning Grow your career expand your skill set and embrace new challenges Flexibility and Balance Enjoy flexibility in your work hours to match your personal rhythm-whether you re an early bird or a night owl Key Skills ReactJS Frontend Architecture TypeScript UI UX Design
