What role you will play in our Team Operations Analyst supporting manufacturing operations through effective planning, performance analysis, and stewardship activities. Candidates will get to work cross-functionally and across global teams the role offers exposure to stakeholders in multiple regions and the opportunity to provide insights and support decision-making in operations. Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and clear communication are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Candidates who have strong initiative, integrity, and reliability will be key in driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement What you will do - Work closely as part of a regional team across time-zones to support financial stewardship activities for manufacturing sites - Lead monthly stewardship and financial closing activities including transfer pricing, accruals, and system adjustments - Coordinate and derive insights from expense stewardship by preparing key discussion materials, facilitating conversations with stakeholders, and delivering on actionable follow-ups - Drive insight generation by engaging budget owners and identifying opportunities for deeper financial analysis as well as driving structural cost savings initiatives - Support planning and forecasting for expenses and budgeting, including risk/opportunity assessments - Lead and coordinate competitive benchmarking exercises (Solomon) through preparing and validating data submissions, and presenting results to management - Respond to other ad-hoc business and analysis requests - Champion process improvements and digital transformation, identifying best practices and scaling initiatives across the organization. - Proactively look for ways to increase effectiveness and efficiency (eliminate, simplify, automate, standardize). Require Skills and Qualification - Bachelor's degree in either Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), or finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field from a recognized university scoring GPA 6.0 and above. - Minimum 4 years prior work experience. Familiarity or knowledge of manufacturing facilities and operations preferred hands-on experience in planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting or stewardship reporting welcome. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, proficiency in English and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage upwards and build relationships with leadership. - Experience with any Accounting system like SAP, Group Reporting , Blackline, Workiva or analytics tools such as PowerBI is preferred. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint. - Knowledge of accounting standards and practices, relevant laws and regulations additional exposure to US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards would be an added advantage - Results oriented, flexible, and proactive in resolving issues.
