Job Description We're Hiring Senior Sales Executive (Inspection Services) Location: Vasai, Mumbai Company: Markek International Certifications Pvt. Ltd. Department: Business Development About Markek International: Markek International is an NABCB (QCI) accredited certification body providing reliable quality, inspection, and compliance services. Our inspection division ensures that quality standards are maintained during redevelopment and construction projects, offering comprehensive checks at every stage and material testing through ISO 17025 and NABL-accredited laboratories. We are expanding our inspection services across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, focusing on cooperative housing societies and redevelopment projects. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target cooperative housing societies undergoing or planning redevelopment projects. - Conduct client meetings, cold calls, and site visits to promote inspection services. - Present Markek's inspection solutions to society committees and stakeholders. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business. - Collaborate with technical teams to align services with client requirements. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain accurate CRM records of sales and interactions. - Stay updated with market trends in redevelopment and construction. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 23 years of experience in sales (real estate, construction, or related domains preferred). - Understanding of cooperative housing society operations and redevelopment is an added advantage.
