- Define and execute theHALech roadmap and GTM strategywith a future-ready vision.
- LeadIT capability assessments, architecture reviews, and CoE setup.
- Driveproduct modernization, pricing strategy, and platform transformation.
- Overseeproject delivery, ensuring quality, agility, and on-time execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals.
- Fosterhigh-performance tech teamsand ensure talent readiness.
- Strong market knowledge ofUS geography

Must-Have Expertise:

- Strong inJava, SQL, modern backend frameworks, cloud, and integration tools.
- Experience inHALand scalable architecture design.
