ABOUT THIS ROLE: We are seeking an Intermediate Accountant with strong experience in US Accounting Practice. This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond graduate/junior responsibilities and is confident handling end-to-end compliance for a range of clients. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Prepare and review US Individual, Corporate, and Partnership Tax Returns (Forms 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, etc.) - Perform General Ledger Reconciliations and prepare detailed workpapers - Assist in year-end Accounting, Financial Statements, and adjusting journal entries - Collaborate with Senior Accountants/Managers to finalize client deliverables - Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and US GAAP - Support and review the work of junior team members when required - Utilize US accounting and tax software such as QuickBooks, CCH Axcess, Ultratax, or Lacerte WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - 3-4+ Years' Experience in a US Public Accounting or CPA firm - Strong understanding of US Tax Laws, Accounting Principles, and Compliance Standards - Proficiency with US Accounting and Tax Preparation software - Ability to manage client deliverables with minimal supervision - Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines We live by our values to cultivate and foster growth and innovation.
