Job description Job description Human resource managers are responsible for ensuring that the overall administration coordination and evaluation of human resources plans recruitments payroll statutory compliance employee engagement employee relations and programs are realized Therefore their essential job responsibilities include Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel Planning organizing and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department Contributing to the development of HR department goals objectives and systems Implementing and revising a Institutions compensation program Creating and revising job descriptions Conducting annual salary surveys Developing analysing and updating the Institutions salary budget Developing analysing and updating the Institutions evaluation program Developing revising and recommending personnel policies and procedures Maintaining and revising the Institutions handbook on policies and procedures Performing benefits administration Maintaining affirmative action programs Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel including writing and placing job ads Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counselling Overseeing exit interviews Maintaining department records and reports Participating in administrative staff meetings Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts Recommending new policies approaches and procedures Be well versed in statutory compliance filing work like ESI EPF TDS etc And have sound knowledge of recruitment activities on boarding training and development Required Skills Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics Knowledge of HR systems and databases Excellent active listening negotiation and presentation skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the Institutions In-depth knowledge of Statutory and HR best practices PG in Human Resources or related field preferably MBA MSW Job Types Full-time Regular Permanent Salary 20000 - 27000per Month Schedule Day shift Ability to commute relocate AGE 25 - 38 Male Candidates Education Master s Preferred HR 2 - 3 years Preferred Speak with the 9072574444 Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Taliparamba Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Master s Preferred Experience Payroll 1 year Preferred HR 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred License Certification Professional in Human Resources Preferred Work Location In person
