Role Overview:

We are looking for a Creator Partnership Manager to drive creator onboarding and partnerships. This role is all about identifying, pitching, and building strong relationships with creators across niches (influencers, coaches, experts, celebrities, micro-creators) and helping them monetize through our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and reach out to potential creators across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Pitch our revenue-sharing model and onboard creators to the platform.
- Build long-term relationships with creators to increase retention.
- Negotiate partnership terms and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Work closely with product and operations teams to optimize the creator experience.
- Track onboarding numbers, revenue contribution, and payout cycles.

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, business development, or partnerships.
- A strong network of creators/influencers is a big plus.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Hustle mindset: comfortable with outreach, pitches, and closing deals.
- Passion for the creator economy and digital platforms.
