Our unique revenue-sharing model ensures creators earn fairly while engaging with their fans.Role Overview:We are looking for a Creator Partnership Manager to drive creator onboarding and partnerships. This role is all about identifying, pitching, and building strong relationships with creators across niches (influencers, coaches, experts, celebrities, micro-creators) and helping them monetize through our platform.Key Responsibilities:Identify and reach out to potential creators across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.Pitch our revenue-sharing model and onboard creators to the platform.Build long-term relationships with creators to increase retention.Negotiate partnership terms and ensure smooth onboarding.Work closely with product and operations teams to optimize the creator experience.Track onboarding numbers, revenue contribution, and payout cycles.Requirements:2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, business development, or partnerships.A strong network of creators/influencers is a big plus.Excellent communication & negotiation skills.Hustle mindset: comfortable with outreach, pitches, and closing deals.Passion for the creator economy and digital platforms.What We Offer:Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work directly with top creators & influencers.Fast growth in a high-potential startup.Weekly payout incentives for every successful creator onboarding.Apply Now:
