Work Your Magic with us Ready to explore break barriers and discover more We know you ve got big plans - so do we Our colleagues across the globe love innovating with science and technology to enrich people s lives with our solutions in Healthcare Life Science and Electronics Together we dream big and are passionate about caring for our rich mix of people customers patients and planet That s why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us As a Procurement Data Expert ERP you will play a crucial role within the ERP project team in the Digital Enterprise Solutions DES Procurement organization reporting to the LS ERP Procurement Business Process Owner BPO You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across various functions including Supply Chain Procurement Accounts Payable Master Data Governance Global Operations Travel and Expenses and Finance as well as with local business teams during system deployments Building strong relationships across departments and project streams is essential making effective communication and collaboration skills vital to your success You will be responsible for overseeing the design build and migration of procurement master and transactional data This role will be based in Bangalore India and reporting to the Business Process Owner LS ERP Procurement Your Role Gather validate and manage requirements for SAP Sourcing and Procurement master and transactional data ensuring alignment with procurement business process experts and other streams Serve as a liaison between business experts and IT teams to ensure a shared understanding Leverage best practices and SAP Procurement systems knowledge to advocate for optimal setups and processes Develop comprehensive process data documentation and maintain up-to-date records of all design and deployment activities Prepare data and support testing phases for SAP implementations including developing test cases and coordinating user acceptance testing from a procurement master and transactional data perspective Contribute to the preparation and execution of master and transactional data migration and cleansing establishing rules to maintain procurement data quality Collaborate and communication with key stakeholders to identify necessary data for various project phases such as Purchasing Info Records and source lists ensuring alignment with commercial and supply chain processes Provide support during cutover activities to facilitate a smooth transition to the new system Regularly review data files and discuss concerns with relevant stakeholders to uphold data quality and governance Act as a change agent to drive business process improvements at an operational level focusing on process simplification and standardization Emphasize accountability for timely delivery of quality results maintaining high standards throughout the project lifecycle Who You Are Bachelor s degree in a business-related field Over 5 years of experience in business transformation programs within the Sourcing and Procurement domain in an international setting in the role of business or data expert In-depth knowledge of Procurement processes including Direct and Intercompany Procurement in SAP MM Indirect Procurement in SAP Ariba Buying T E in Concur AP invoice processing in VIM and payment processing tools Knowledge of Procurement Master and transactional data objects including governance and maintenance Strong familiarity with the SAP MM environment and its main tables Strong understanding of SAP tools that facilitate direct procurement SAP MM Sourcing and Procurement SAP Ariba Buying and Commerce Automation SAP Concur Travel and Expenses and OpenText VIM Accounts Payable Strong analytical skills to evaluate procurement processes and identify areas for improvement Excellent communication skills with the ability to positively influence stakeholders Proficiency in English with the ability to work effectively in an international team Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analytical tools Willingness to work flexible shifts project-based globally to meet stakeholder needs and project demands What we offer We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds perspectives and life experiences We believe that this variety drives excellence and innovation strengthening our ability to lead in science and technology We are committed to creating access and opportunities for all to develop and grow at your own pace Join us in building a culture of inclusion and belonging that impacts millions and empowers everyone to work their magic and champion human progress Apply now and become a part of a team that is dedicated to Sparking Discovery and Elevating Humanity
