Here's the job details, Domestic IT Recruiter Location: 161, A Block, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201309 Experience: 1-3 Years Salary: Competitive / As per experience About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on IT Recruiter who can independently handle the full recruitment lifecycle and effectively manage multiple open positions across various domains and technologies. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, target-driven, and have a strong grasp of sourcing, screening, and closing candidates within tight timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Own and execute the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple IT roles simultaneously. - Work closely with hiring managers or account managers to understand detailed job requirements and priorities. - Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine), LinkedIn, internal databases, and social media. - Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure a smooth recruitment process. - Manage a high volume of open positions across technologies like Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Testing, UI/UX, etc. - Maintain and update the candidate database, job postings, and reports using Excel or ATS tools. - Maintain consistent candidate engagement through timely communication and status updates. - Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets by ensuring timely closures. - Coordinate offers, negotiate salary expectations, and follow up on joining. Requirements: - 1-3 years of hands-on experience in domestic IT recruitment (permanent or contract). - Proven ability to manage and deliver on multiple open roles simultaneously. - Proficient in using Indian job portals (e.G. Naukri, Monster, TimesJobs) and professional networks like LinkedIn. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Strong knowledge of hiring processes, technical skill sets, and market trends. - Must be target-oriented and able to work under pressure and deadlines. - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment CRM tools is a plus. - Bachelor’s degree in any field; HR or IT-related education is preferred.
