Role & Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Technical Hiring: Focus on hiring for roles in software development, cloud, data engineering, and digital transformation.
Talent Sourcing: Use job portals, social media, referrals, and networks to attract top talent.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.
Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidates technical skills, and schedule interviews.
Candidate Engagement: Ensure a positive candidate experience through seamless communication.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and hiring practices.
Reporting: Maintain recruitment dashboards and generate hiring reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT/Technical Recruitment with a strong understanding of tech roles and terminologies.
Hands-on experience with ATS tools and job portals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Experience in domestic and international hiring is a plus.
