Good understanding of loan documentation & credit process
Customer acquisition & relationship management
Dealer & channel partner networking
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Result-oriented & self-motivated
Candidate Profile
Graduation / MBA preferred
16 years of experience in Machinery Loan / SME Finance / Equipment Loan / Any Loan
Fresher with strong sales knowledge of loans can also apply (for BDE role)
Experience in NBFC / Bank loan sales will be an added advantage
Should be open to field sales & target-driven work
