Huron is redefining what a global consulting organization can be Advancing new ideas every day to build even stronger clients individuals and communities Were helping our clients find new ways to drive growth enhance business performance and sustain leadership in the markets they serve And were developing strategies and implementing solutions that enable the transformative change they need to own their future As a member of the Huron corporate team youll help to evolve our business model to stay ahead of market forces industry trends and client needs Our accounting finance human resources IT legal marketing and facilities management professionals work collaboratively to support Hurons collective strategies and enable real transformation to produce sustainable business results Join our team and create your future This role is based in Bengaluru India and will work with Software Development and Corporate IT and practice resources based in the US and India Under limited direction this individual is responsible to work closely with business analysts and team members to understand business requirements and create technical solutions aligned with business and IT strategies With a profound understanding of the ITSM core processes Incident Change Problem Request Fulfillment Service Level the ServiceNow Developer builds new features and customizes the ServiceNow application to lead to a higher process maturity and efficiency in the tool thereby supporting the Service Transformation Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field with 6 years of relevant industry experience Minimum 6 years of experience in ServiceNow application development including scripting workflow design and module customization Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as Service Portal HR Service Delivery HR Onboarding and Transitions and ITSM minimum 5 years preferred Proven ability to translate stakeholder requirements into scalable ServiceNow applications and workflows Demonstrated experience working with global teams across different time zones showing strong collaboration and adaptability Strong communication skills verbal and written in English with the ability to clearly articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders Preferences ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA ServiceNow Certified Application Developer CAD ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Position Level Senior AssociateCountry India
