Job Description Hiring office located inKanpur Key Responsibilities: - Handle basic IT support tickets for third-party and custom applications used in production and manufacturing. - Participate in system rollouts, upgrade testing, and other project-related tasks. - Collaborate with software developers and engineering teams for deployment, testing, and maintenance of custom solutions. - Monitor application performance, perform routine maintenance, and ensure system availability. - Document issues, resolutions, and contribute to knowledge base articles. - Provide basic training and system walkthroughs to end-users on new features and updates. - Configure, maintain, and support manufacturing-specific applications, including integrations and database queries. - Maintain documentation for system configurations, support procedures, and issue resolutions. - Deliver technical support and training for end-users on new updates or applications. - Ensure familiarity with custom database-driven applications. - Understand and apply programming/scripting languages such as SQL, Python, .NET, and Java. - Apply knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and change control processes. - Understand Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ERP platforms, and third-party database-driven applications.
