Vaidyaratnam Oushadhasala Pvt Ltd is hiring for BAMS Doctor for our Pollachi unit Local candidates are most preferable Job Title Production Supervisor Manufacturing Location Makkinampetty Village Pollachi Reports To Production Manager Unit Head Qualification BAMS Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery - mandatory Job Purpose To oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the Ayurvedic production unit ensuring quality compliance and efficiency in the manufacturing process of classical and proprietary Ayurvedic medicines Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day production activities in accordance with GMP and AYUSH guidelines Ensure adherence to approved formulations batch manufacturing records BMR and process validation Coordinate with R D Quality Control and Quality Assurance departments for smooth production flow Monitor raw material availability manpower allocation and machine utilization for timely completion of production targets Maintain accurate documentation related to production process sheets and in-process quality checks Assist in process optimization reduction of wastage and enhancement of product yield Ensure cleanliness hygiene and safety within the production area Support in training production staff on SOPs and GMP compliance Participate in internal audits regulatory inspections and process improvements Collaborate with store and dispatch teams for inventory and finished goods coordination Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic formulations ingredients and manufacturing processes Good understanding of GMP GLP and AYUSH licensing norms Excellent leadership communication and team-handling skills Proficiency in documentation and ERP systems Ability to troubleshoot production issues and suggest practical solutions Work Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in Ayurvedic pharmaceutical production experience in churnas asavas arishtas ghritas tablets or oils preferred Exposure to automation and modern production technologies will be an added advantage Preferably with 2-5 years of experience in Ayurvedic medicine manufacturing formulation or production supervision Job Type Full-time Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s Where is your current Location What is your Current salary package What is Your Expected salary range Education Bachelor s Required Experience total work 3 years Preferred Work Location Remote
