Staff Nurse

**Job Title: Staff Nurse**

**Location**:Kowsalya Medical Centre, New Scheme Road, Pollachi

**Salary Range**: ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 per month

**Language**: Tamil

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to understand and effectively communicate with doctors regarding patient care.
- Accurate documentation of patient notes and timely recording of medical information.
- Proficient in following doctors' instructions and ensuring correct administration of prescriptions.
- Supervise and mentor junior nurses as needed.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, with expertise in OT theatre operations.
- Specialized experience in surgery, medicine, and obstetrics and gynecology (OG) is highly desirable.
- Qualified nurses will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring patient vital signs, and ensuring patient comfort.
- In the future, qualified nurses may be considered for an administrative role, requiring independence, leadership, and comprehensive medical knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- BSc or MSc in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Registered Nurse license is mandatory.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with medical professionals and patients.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills for supervising junior nursing staff.
- Proficient in OT theatre procedures and protocols.
