What You'll Be Doing

• Work closely with the leadership to drive key initiatives across Sales and Marketing

• Help shape and track the execution of our go-to-market strategy

• Run special projects and cross-functional programs with global teams

• Bring insights through research and data to support faster, sharper decisions

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders — from leadership to partners

• Own internal communications, planning, and governance activities

• Manage select external relationships on behalf of the CSMO

What We're Looking For

• An MBA with 10+ years of experience (ideally in IT/Tech/Telecom and this is not a rigid ask)

• Background in Strategy, Consulting, PMO, Sales or similar roles

• Someone who gets both the strategic side and the execution hustle

• Confident communicator who's comfortable with senior leadership

• Prior exposure to global projects and matrixed teams is a plus

• Role in Mumbai || No remote option
