We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tele Caller Executive to join our team The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven track record in telecalling or telesales roles Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and sales - Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services - Maintain a detailed database of customer interactions and follow up with prospects - Achieve monthly targets for calls and conversions - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business - Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly - Work closely with the sales team to achieve overall business objectives Required Skills - Proven experience in telecalling telesales or a similar customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong persuasive and negotiation skills - Ability to handle rejection and remain positive - Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools - Good organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills - Experience in the specific industry e g banking insurance etc - Knowledge of specific software or tools relevant to the job Educational Qualification - High school diploma or equivalent a degree in a related field is a plus Additional Information - Competitive salary and performance-based incentives - Opportunities for career growth and professional development Friendly and supportive work environment How to Apply Interested candidates are requested to submit their resumes along with a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and notice period ref updazz com
