We're Hiring Join Our HR Team

iCuerious is a Patent Research and Analytics Firm focused on extracting relevant insights to support innovators and techno-legal professionals. We help fine-tune research outcomes, support innovation cycles, identify risks from competitors protected technologies, and uncover opportunities from our clients secured inventions.

Preferred Experience & Background

We're prioritizing candidates who:

- Have a major in Human Resources, and
- Come from an engineering background or have exposure to the tech/knowledge industry, as this improves alignment with our teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategically manage hiring to ensure team balance across all business verticals (essential)
- Implement and optimize HRMS for leave and time tracking
- Streamline performance reviews and appraisal processes
- Manage payroll and operational HR tasks
- Foster a respectful, collaborative, and high-trust work environment (essential)

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Engineering), and a Master's or equivalent experience in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven work ethic, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn quickly

Compensation

Compensation is negotiable based on your experience and alignment with the role.
