Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Senior SDR / Business Development Associate

Location: Remote

Experience: 2-4 Years

Time: US hours (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST)

What We're Looking For:

Highly motivated sales professionals who are comfortable driving conversations with CXOs and technical leaders, generating qualified opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth.

Experience Required:

- 2–4 years of experience as an SDR, Senior SDR, or Business Development Associate.
- Proven track record in US sales (mandatory).
- Experience in selling SaaS software (one-time, monthly, annual subscription models).

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Strong background in B2B SaaS sales, preferably Cloud/IT/Infrastructure solutions.
- Experience selling to technical stakeholders and senior leadership, including:
- VP of Engineering
- CTO
- Director of Engineering
- CIO
- Head of Infrastructure (especially in larger organizations)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills to engage with decision-makers effectively.
