Job Title Senior Engineer - Calibration Department Quality Calibration Location Achettipalli village Kelamangalam road Hosur - 635 110 Experience Required Minimum 5-8 Years Qualification Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering We are looking for a Senior Engineer - Calibration with strong experience in calibration activities within the automotive industry The ideal candidate will be responsible for the calibration verification and maintenance of measuring and monitoring instruments to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards Key Responsibilities Perform calibration of various mechanical electrical and process instruments as per defined procedures and standards Maintain calibration records certificates and related documentation Plan and execute periodic calibration schedules for all instruments Ensure traceability of calibration to national international standards Coordinate with production maintenance and quality teams for timely calibration support Identify and troubleshoot instrument deviations or failures Support internal and external calibration audits Required Technical Exposure Mechanical Instruments Vernier Calipers Micrometers Dial Gauges Torque Wrenches Limit Gauges Pressure Instruments Air Pressure Gauges Hydraulic Pressure Gauges used in Injection Moulding and Die Casting Machines Thermal Instruments Temperature Sensors Timers and related devices Electrical Instruments Voltmeter Ammeter and other basic electrical measuring instruments Additional Requirements Hands-on experience in calibration laboratories or in-house calibration setups Knowledge of ISO IEC 17025 standards preferred Strong documentation and analytical skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
