Job Summary The Calibration Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the calibration machine to ensure LVL plywood panels are processed to the required thickness flatness and surface finish The operator must ensure quality safety and productivity standards are met in accordance with the company s manufacturing procedures Key Responsibilities Set up and operate the calibration machine according to production specifications Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or irregularities and report issues to maintenance or supervisors Measure panel thickness and surface quality using calipers micrometers and other measuring tools Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the calibration machine Ensure correct alignment and feeding of LVL boards into the machine Identify and remove defective products or materials Record production data such as quantities processed and downtime Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies Coordinate with the quality control team to ensure final product meets specifications Minimize material waste and machine downtime through effective operation Skills Required Attention to detail Good communication and teamwork Problem-solving mindset Knowledge of machine control panels Understanding of product quality standards in wood manufacturing Requirements Qualification Graduate Diploma Experience 3-5 years in plywood veneer LVL Salary 25000 - 30000 MONTH Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
