Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Retail Marketing Manager. The Retail Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing market plans, managing retail marketing initiatives, overseeing project management and sales activities, and handling brand management tasks. The individual will also collaborate with various teams to drive marketing strategies and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Market Planning and Retail Marketing
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our COCO and Retail Stores, including marketing strategy, sales, and marketing collaterals
- Experience in Brand Management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Plan and execute offline customer events, brand collaborations, social media promotion and influencer events and influencer campaigns to achieve footfall targets
- Source marketing materials, negotiate with vendors & manage payments
- Design & deliver marketing collaterals as per brand guidelines
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the wellness or Ayurveda industry is a plus
