Notably, SOBHA went public in 2006 and its IPO was oversubscribed a record 126 times. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Gandhinagar Taluka. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and managing sales processes. This role includes conducting presentations, demonstrating property features, negotiating sales agreements, and closing deals. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets are key components of the role. Qualifications - Experience in sales, lead generation, and client management - Proficiency in conducting presentations and property demonstrations - Strong negotiation and closing skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and effectively in an on-site environment - Relevant experience in the real estate industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
