We’re hiring top-performing Sales Development Representatives, not beginners. If you’ve already built pipeline through high-effort cold calling and outbound campaigns for US mid-market clients, this role is for you. About the role: This is a target-driven outbound position where performance matters most. You’ll be engaging decision-makers across IT, Manufacturing, HR, and Marketing industries — driving qualified meetings through persistence, strong communication, and smart outreach. What you’ll do: - Run high-volume cold calling campaigns for US-based mid-market accounts - Execute outbound strategies across calls, email, and LinkedIn - Build early-stage relationships and book qualified meetings - Work closely with the sales team to refine outreach and messaging What we expect: - 2–3 years of proven B2B SDR experience (mandatory) - Hands-on experience running heavy cold calling campaigns - Experience with US-based prospects and time zones - Strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets - Energy, resilience, and a genuine love for outbound Compensation: ₹5–6 LPA fixed + performance bonus (OTE ₹7–9 LPA) Rewards are directly tied to results — if you consistently deliver, you’ll earn well.
