At United we have some of the best aircraft in the world Our Technical Operations team is full of aircraft maintenance technicians engineers planners ground equipment and facilities professionals and supply chain teams that help make sure they re well taken care of and ready to get our customers to their desired destinations If you re ready to work on our planes join our Tech Ops experts and help keep our fleet in tip-top shape Job overview and responsibilities Senior Analyst - Technical Services plays a key role in managing and reporting job orders reviewing audits and ensuring adherence to Tech OPS safety standards This role demands strong analytical thinking technical acumen and cross-functional collaboration skills to support both India and US-based operations The ideal candidate will have a passion for process improvement data analytics and aviation engineering excellence Create manage and maintain data bases for aircraft damage cost calculations quality escapes Safety Risk matrix Maintain and enhance the Tech OPS Safety Standard design and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance Analyze operational data and develop maintain charts tables and dashboards to support data visualization and transformation ensuring high data accuracy and availability Collaborate and communicate effectively with senior leadership teams in both the US and India including preparing and delivering presentations and performance updates Plan prioritize allocate resources and report project status to ensure timely completion of key deliverables Drive innovation and continuous improvement through solution development project justification cost benefit analysis and implementation management Organize and manage priorities efficiently to meet business goals and deadlines This position is offered on local terms and conditions Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas even on a time-limited visa status will not be awarded This position is for United Airlines Business Services Pvt Ltd - a wholly owned subsidiary of United Airlines Inc Qualifications Required Bachelor s degree B E in Aeronautical Aerospace Engineering or a related technical discipline or equivalent work experience 2-3 years of experience in engineering or technical services preferably in aviation or aerospace operations Strong communication and presentation skills Fluency in English written and spoken Must be able to undergo a full background and criminal record check as per company policy Proficiency in Power BI and Advanced Excel for analytical reporting and performance tracking Preferred Qualifications AME Certification Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Working knowledge of Aircraft Configuration and related systems Strong command of MS Office tools Excel Word PowerPoint etc Experience working with cross-functional and global teams across regions
