Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain & Project report monitoring, Planning, Scheduling and cost monitoring details of multiple assigned projects
- Coordination with project stakeholders, conduct site visits to verify progress and identify any critical/risk issues
- Pro-Actively Support and manage the project plan/team, adhere to project timing and best practices to meet operational goals and ensure timely Completion of projects
- Billing and payment process as per terms and conditions
- To ensure handing over as per client satisfaction
- Allocation, Monitor and closure of snags/observation points shared by clients in DLP period and follow up on release of retention amounts.
- Site visits of new project & preparation of photographic reports and Submission to tender team
- Project Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring & Billing
- Cost Management
- Vendor Management
- Timely client bill raising as per terms and conditions
- Preparation of cash flow of each project
- Follow ups on Client Payment
- Presenting reports in weekly meeting
- Establishing and maintaining the professional relationship with contractors & clients
- Allocate works to subcontractors & monitor
- Project audits vs actual reconciliation
