Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and verify student application forms and supporting documents (transcripts, SOPs, LORs, test scores, passports, etc.).
- Enter and maintain accurate data in the university or agency application management system (CRM or admissions portal).
- Ensure that applications meet the university's eligibility criteria and documentation requirements.
- Communicate with students to request missing or corrected documentation as needed.
- Track application progress and provide timely updates to students and internal stakeholders.
- Upload documents to university portals or forward applications as per client/university requirements.
- Coordinate with partner institutions and university admissions offices for clarifications and follow-ups.
- Adhere to intake deadlines and ensure timely processing based on different country/university calendars (e.g., Fall, Spring, Summer).
- Maintain compliance with GDPR or other data protection standards depending on the country of operation.
- Generate regular reports on application status, volume, errors, and processing timelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred in education, business administration, or a related field)
- Experience: 13 years of experience in university admissions processing, international education, or back-office operations
- Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/admissions portals (e.g., Salesforce, ApplyBoard, UCAS, CommonApp, Slate)

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of admission processes for US, UK, Canada, Australia, or European universities
- Familiarity with academic grading systems (CGPA, GPA, percentages, etc.)
- Experience handling high-volume data entry and document validation
- Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience working with student recruitment agencies or education consultants is a plus
