Job Description CTC Offering: 3-4 LPA Role Description This is a full-time on-site opportunity for a Motor Insurance Executive located in Lucknow. The Motor Insurance Executive will handle daily activities such as assisting clients with their motor insurance requirements, providing expert advice on available insurance plans, and addressing customer queries effectively. The role will also include liaising with insurance providers to secure competitive rates, managing policy documentation, and ensuring a seamless client experience throughout the insurance process. Qualifications - Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs professionally - Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage to provide tailored guidance and support on motor insurance policies - Basic understanding of Finance concepts related to motor insurance policies and premium calculations - Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships - Proficiency in using web-based tools and platforms for managing insurance processes - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred - Experience in the insurance industry or previous work in a customer-facing role is an advantage - Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling inquiries and challenges effectively
