Brief about the Company IT is India s largest assurance tax and advisory firms in India With over 3 000 professional staff across 14 offices the firm provides robust compliance services and growth navigation solutions on complex business and financial matters through focused practice groups The firm has extensive experience across a range of industries market segments and geographical corridors It is on a fast-track to becoming the best growth advisor to dynamic Indian businesses with global ambitions Name of the client Leading Consulting Industry Position Manager - Performance Improvement Location Bangalore NCR Kolkata Hyderabad and Ahemedabad Experience Worked in Performance Improvement Cost Reduction Years of experience 10 to 12 years Age Below 50 years Candidate Profile He will also have substantial knowledge and understanding of Cost Reduction Possess excellent communication skills with an ability to interact with all levels across the organization Knowledge of Supply chain Job Responsibility - Part of growth strategy team and will have to undertake assignments related to operational excellence sales improvement cost reduction market assessment and productivity improvement Self-motivated innovative and strong team player Ability to work in a collaborative dynamic and multidisciplinary environment and lead projects across cross-functional teams Experience of working with CXO level with good professional networking skills Demonstrate high integrity and credibility as perceived by all those with whom s he will work Understand and assess engagement situation through detailed understanding of the client s business situation market factors growth aspirations and profitability targets Well-rounded core consulting skills - communication presentation problem solving negotiation and attention to detail Strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts and business acumen Analyze current systems processes behaviors technology and work with multiple levels of our client s management teams to effect improvements On-site assessment of client s functional processes and arrive at agreements with client stakeholders based on detailed logical findings Provide technical advice working with clients and partners to provide digital solutions that transform business Create a robust business case for potential improvement areas in line with the engagement objectives Competencies Required- Expertise in Performance Improvement Cost Reduction Productivity Improvement Team Management Experience in working across cultures Cost to company 25-30 LPA Fixed Variable
