Position: Client Management Executive Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners. - Handle client queries and ensure timely resolution of issues. - Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotions and updates. - Collect client feedback and share actionable improvement insights. - Monitor partner performance and suggest enhancements. Qualifications & Skills: - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. - Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Malayalam. - Strong organizational and multitasking ability. - Presentation and negotiation skills. - Effective time management with attention to detail. - Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace for daily communication and reporting tasks.
