The Role We are hiring a proactive Senior Manager – Accounts & Finance (CA) to lead the finance and accounting function. This strategic role will manage end-to-end accounting, ensure financial and statutory compliance, and support project financing. The candidate will play a pivotal role in financial reporting, statutory compliance, external stakeholder management, and establishing strong financial governance during the project phase and beyond. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end accounting and finalization of books across the organization. - Manage monthly/annual closing, audits, and financial reporting. - Monitor cash flow, working capital, and ensure effective fund utilization. - Prepare financial MIS, variance analysis, and management dashboards for decision-making. - Support project financing, financial modeling, lender coordination, disbursements, and compliance. - Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies, and manage statutory requirements. - Oversee ROC filings, board meeting documentation, and maintenance of statutory registers. - Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, TDS, and other applicable regulations. - Implement and strengthen internal controls and accounting policies. Skills and Knowledge - Strong exposure to project finance, audits, and regulatory compliance. - Working knowledge of Company Secretarial functions. - Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
