Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Bengaluru. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. The role includes coordinating sales activities, handling customer inquiries, ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material, and responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when requested. Additionally, the Sales Coordinator will assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events and will interact with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration or related field
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
