Job Description Job Reference # 330594BR Job Type Full Time Your role - We are looking for a IB Operations - Trade & Processing Specialist role, working in OTC confirmations space - You will be act as an risk managers as your action would be act as an last controller to identify any inherent risk. - You will be part of Equity confirmation precisely into Equity confirmation Drafting space, managing the complex Trade confirmation documents, templates etc - Have a brief understanding on OTC Derivative products Equity and FICC Your team You will be joining our IB Operations OTC Confirmation US team. In this role, you will be responsible for Drafting confirmations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate closely with Front Office, and Middle Office teams, Confirmation stakeholders, IT to resolve any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will independently handle all escalations, taking the lead in implementing mitigation steps to prevent future occurrences. We are looking for someone who can build domain expertise and lead from the front, bringing innovative ideas to enhance our processes. Training and mentoring team members will also be a key part of your responsibilities, helping to foster growth and development within the team. Your expertise - 2-5 years of work experience Should have understanding of Capital/Derivative Market, OTC Derivative Products - Should have prior experience in IB OTC Derivative Confirmation experience - Should be excellent multi-tasking, creative problem solving and a good team player - Should be able to act fast and decisively when dealing with critical situations ability to read situations and act in minutes - Should be flexible with working from office and regional coverage About Us UBS is the world's largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
