Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and resourceful professional to join our team as an Event Production & Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event production, vendor management, and on-ground execution, with the ability to ensure seamless delivery of events from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of events, activations, and brand experiences.
- Manage production elements, including fabrication, branding, AV, signage, stage setups, installations, and other event-related collaterals.
- Build and maintain a strong vendor and fabricator network, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective deliverables.
- Negotiate effectively with vendors while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee setup and dismantling of event infrastructure, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and client requirements.
- Monitor and manage budgets, timelines, logistics, and manpower, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Supervise on-site event operationsvendor coordination, production setup, troubleshooting, and client handling.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, audits, and presentations using MS Excel & PowerPoint.
- Drive operational excellence while maintaining a solution-oriented, proactive approach.

Qualifications & Skills

- 34 years of proven experience in event production and event operations.
- Strong knowledge of production materials, fabrication techniques, AV, lighting, and technical setups.
- An effective vendor/fabricator network with experience in negotiation and vendor management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Must travel extensively across locations for on-ground event and activation execution.
