The Procurement Executive will be responsible for sourcing negotiating and purchasing raw materials goods and services required by the organization The role ensures cost-effectiveness timely delivery and adherence to quality standards while maintaining strong vendor relationships Key Responsibilities Identify and evaluate potential suppliers vendors and contractors Obtain quotations compare offers and negotiate pricing terms and contracts Raise purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services Maintain supplier database and update records of purchases pricing and other details Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores warehouse teams to ensure optimum inventory Ensure procurement complies with company policies quality standards and legal requirements Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness Resolve vendor or contractor grievances and claims Coordinate with internal departments Production Accounts Sales etc to ensure smooth supply chain flow Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends pricing and new suppliers Support in cost control and budget preparation related to procurement Key Skills Competencies Strong negotiation and communication skills Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management Good analytical and problem-solving ability Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field 1-3 years of experience in procurement purchase industry-specific experience preferred Knowledge of vendor management and contract management Job Type Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
