Detailed JD:
- Candidate should be able to identify and gather necessary non-functional requirements
- Should be able to derive the NFR based stats on the basis of discussion with Business & Architects.
- Knowledge on scenario creation for basic types (Peak , Soak , Stress) & advance types (spike , scalability etc.) of performance tests
- Extensive knowledge and experience with JMeter (API) , LoadRunner (UI) , to conduct performance testing.
- Experience in monitoring using Appd /Graphana tools
- Working knowledge on tools like Postman for API & able to understand end points /payloads etc
- Provide well-written documentation, including performance test plans and test summary reports, to stakeholders with details of test carried out & their results.
- Conduct performance testing for on-premises and cloud-based software solutions that consist of web, client, and mobile technologies to ensure they meet desired performance standards under specified user loads.
- Hands on experience in Test Estimation, Test Data Setup and Defect Management.
- Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium, Jenkins, or GitLab etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Very good written and oral communication skills.
Good To have Skills
- Proficiency in testing concepts/standards & Agile methodology
- Basic knowledge on infra capacity planning
- Experience in Banking domain
- Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure & performance metrics
