Location RemoteExperience Level Minimum 1 year in sales or customer-facing rolesPay Scale 20 000 - 25 000 per month Uncapped Commissions 60k-70K a month potential Total Earning Potential Unlimited earning potential based on performanceideal for those hungry to maximize their income About the RoleWe are seeking a Telecaller to meet with qualified prospects and sell our E-commerce Marketing Services Your primary responsibility is to understand the clients pain points present our solutions effectively and close deals This role requires Excellent communication skills Relentless follow-up and a Results-driven mindset to maximize both client satisfaction and your earning potential through commissions If youre someone who thrives in a high-performance sales environment loves interacting with clients and is motivated by the opportunity to make unlimited earnings this role is perfect for you Key Responsibilities1 Engage on a Zoom Call with qualified leads provided by the appointment setter team to understand client needs and pain points 2 Present and pitch our products services compellingly to prospective clients 3 Build rapport and trust with prospects to close deals effectively 4 Consistently follow up with prospects who require additional information or nurturing 5 Negotiate terms and handle objections to ensure successful conversions 6 Maintain accurate records of sales activities including calls deals closed and revenue generated in Google Sheets7 Update CRM for all client communication Updates7 Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and achieve targets 8 Provide feedback on lead quality and client requirements to enhance lead generation efforts 9 Review your recordings daily and keep improvingKPIs Key Performance Indicators 1 Achieve 15 -20 Closing for all qualified leads on monthly quarterly sales targets 2 Maintain high conversion rates from qualified leads to closed deals 3 Ensure Daily updates of all sales activities in the CRM system 4 Provide daily and weekly reports on sales performance Work Environment Requirements A quiet dedicated workspace for making professional calls A laptop desktop with at least 8 GB RAM and Windows 10 or equivalent OS A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps What We Offer 1 Earning Potential Base salary of 20 000 - 25 000 per month Uncapped commissions with no limits on earningsideal for high performers 2 Flexibility Fully remote position with tools and training provided 3 Growth Opportunities A supportive and collaborative environment with room for professional growth If youre someone who thrives in client-facing roles and has a knack for building trust and delivering exceptional service wed love to have you on board
