We are currently seeking a Oracle HCM Senior Technical Specialist to join our team in Mumbai, Mahrshtra (IN-MH), India (IN). - 8 - 10 years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM - Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows - Expert technical knowledge of one or more components - Reporting & Extracts - OTBI - BIP - HCM Extract - Data Migration - HDL - HSDL - Fast Formulas - Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the technical lead - Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies - Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution - Able to architect complex Oracle Cloud HCM technical solutions - Able to present solutions to clients and prospects and address any queries - Expert technical knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR & Recruiting) About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
