Responsibilities - Lead the design and implementation of test strategies for Facets-related projects to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Oversee the development and execution of test automation frameworks to streamline testing processes. - Provide expert consulting on test metrics and reporting to enhance project transparency and decision-making. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and outcomes. - Conduct performance testing to identify and address potential bottlenecks in product performance. - Utilize advanced testing tools and frameworks to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness. - Ensure thorough documentation of testing processes and results to support continuous improvement. - Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality and user experience. - Mentor junior team members in best practices for test consulting and automation. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with business goals and customer needs. - Drive innovation in testing methodologies to keep pace with industry advancements. - Contribute to the development of testing standards and guidelines to maintain consistency across projects. - Support the product lifecycle by ensuring testing is integrated into all phases of development. Qualifications - Possess strong expertise in Facets product testing and automation. - Demonstrate proficiency in test consulting and performance testing within the Payer domain. - Exhibit experience with testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing processes. - Showcase ability to generate comprehensive test metrics and reports. - Have a solid understanding of the Payer domain to align testing with industry standards.
