Job Description Responsibilities : Roles and Responsibilities - For Principal Technology Architect Essential Engage with business owners to understand their priorities, value drivers and needs. Provide well-conceived, clearly articulated, pragmatic solutions and recommendations to complex business problems. Provide high end consulting services to stakeholders across the client domains to ensure the delivery of strategic outcomes. Responsible for the development of solutions for one or more complex portfolios/domains to ensure effective solutions are designed in accordance with business value priorities, business requirements, client's standards and technology strategy. Responsible for business and technology collaboration and ensure effective engagement with various delivery partners. Define the architecture policies, standards, processes, reference architectures, and solution and architecture building blocks for the enterprise and drive governance thereof Knowledge of established EA frameworks like TOGAF and their application Knowledge of Retail and Consumer Banking industry from high level functional perspective Knowledge and awareness of emerging technology trends and solutions relevant to Banking and FS industry Deep understanding of Business Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture, Technology Architecture and Security Architecture Desirable Ability to conduct comprehensive analysis of key business and technology trends in the banking industry to arrive at the solution Knowledge of security and data architecture applicable for banking domain Knowledge of EA tools to maintain the architecture plans and roadmaps Additional Responsibilities: Besides the professional qualifications of the candidates we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile. These include: Working with client/vendor teams to ensure that the team is fully aware of the expectation from customer Good communication skill and ability to communicate with remote team in effective manner Analytical Abilities, a goal oriented work approach, high quality awareness, good team player A high degree of initiative and flexibility High customer orientation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Technical and Professional Requirements: Technology - Java or DotNet stack background, Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Architecture Integration and Knowledge of multiple technologies applicable to Banking industry - AWS / Azure Cloud, UI frameworks, DevOps, GenAI etc
